Free 15-min Video-Call Consultation Offer

Lots more people have been able to access my help and advice in person – both by visiting my shop, Bambino Baby, to purchase and through in-person Consultations. It has been SO lovely to see so many parents, babies and grandparents in person.

Consequently, the need for free-video calls has reduced. Video-calls are still available for help and advice with your baby carrier or sling but are now back to the usual rate of £10 for 15 minutes. If you’re local, you can also drop into Bambino Baby in Petersfield for free help and advice on your carrier (if purchased from South East Slings) or £5 for help and advice with a carrier purchased elsewhere. Due to the current situation, I am aware that many people are more cautious about going along to a sling library session or booking an in-person Consultation. Whilst I am still offering these services, I’m also wanting to help those people out who would prefer to do everything online.

As of 13th March 2020, and until further notice, ALL purchases made on this website on my Try-Before-You-Buy scheme will have the option of booking in a FREE 15 -minute Video-Call Consultation, to help you with using the baby carrier once it arrives.

Full Terms and Conditions of this are below but, essentially, just get in touch at any time after placing your order/receiving your carrier to book in a one-to-one Consultation, via video-call, on a day and time to suit you (weekends and evenings available, as well as daytimes).

The usual Try-Before-You-Buy period of 2-weeks still applies – so if for any reason you’re not happy with your chosen carrier, get in touch within 2 weeks to organise returning it.

Terms and Conditions of free Video-Call Consultation

1. The Baby Carrier or Sling must be purchased directly from South East Slings website at full price. Sorry, but it doesn’t apply if you’ve used a discount code. You can still book a 15-minute Consultation for £5 if you’ve used a discount code and would like some help.
   
2. The free Video-Call Consultation must be booked in within the first 2 weeks of purchasing the carrier (i.e. within the Try-Before-You-Buy period).
   
3. Video-Call Consultations are usually arranged via ‘Zoom’. No software needs to be downloaded and no account needs to be set up – just click on the link I send you and the call will start at the agreed time. If you would prefer your Video-Call Consultation via Skype or Facetime just let me know when booking.
   
4. Free Video-Call Consultations are limited to one per household, within 6 months. (So after 6 months, if you purchase another product and would like a free Video-Call Consultation to help with using it, that’s fine!)
   
5. If the Video-Call Consultation goes over 15 minutes, additional time will be charged at a rate of £5 per 15-minutes.
   
6. Roamy Hunt Consultancy/South East Slings reserve the right to end this offer at any time. Any carriers purchased prior to the offer ending will be able to take advantage of the free Video-Call Consultation.
   
7. No cash alternative is available and unused free Video-Call Consultations have no cash value.
