Rather than copying and pasting the same message to all those who’ve pre-ordered I thought it would be easiest to put all the info here. I will update this each day so people can check in. The most recent updates will be added to the top.
Once the order is here with me I will post all orders out the following day (unless you’ve requested otherwise). You will receive an e-mail via the website as soon as it’s on its way to you.
FINAL UPDATE – HOORAY!
ALL covers from the pre-order are on their way and there is now actually stock available at the shop (and on the website). Again, a huge, HUGE thanks to everyone for being so patient, kind and supportive over the delays, customs issues etc. I feel like I’ve got to know lots of you (virtually) which – despite the circumstances – has been quite nice! I hope you all find your covers really useful! Roamy xx
FURTHER UPDATE: 2 SEPTEMBER 2025
THE ORIGINAL PARCEL IS WAITING AT THE DEPOT!! I’m going to drive up after work today to collect it so – all being well – I’ll be able to post out all the remaining orders first thing tomorrow. Thank you SO much to everyone for their patience. Hugely relieved to (almost!) have all the covers safely arrived!
UPDATE: 2 SEPTEMBER 2025
Parcels have been sent out to the majority of purchasers – hooray!
The original parcel (sent at the start of August) has updated on AusPost to say “This item has arrived at the local delivery centre or Post Office, ready to be scheduled for delivery. Your next update should be when the driver loads the item onto their vehicle for delivery that day” However… Parcelforce tracking still shows them as awaiting receipt of the parcel.
I will keep checking the tracking every few hours to see if there’s any change. As soon as it’s shown as being at the depot I will be able to drive up after the shop closes to pay the Customs fee and collect the parcel. I will then be able to dispatch the remaining orders.
Thank you again for all being so patient (and sympathetic). It’s hugely appreciated. Fingers crossed the next update has more concrete information!
UPDATE: 1 SEPTEMBER 2025
After spending 2 hours 40 mins on hold to Parcelforce on Saturday – only to be cut off before they answered – I decided to drive to the depot (45 mins away) and see if I could collect the parcel that I’d paid Customs fees on. If you remember, this was one of two parcels sent more recently by Bebe Trek, as the original order was stuck in Customs for so long. Good news – I now have it!!!! (Very happy face photo below!). This means I can fulfil the majority of orders, which will be posted tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd September).
There are a few orders that I won’t be able to fulfil (as Bebe Trek were out of stock of some covers so couldn’t send as many as I’d originally ordered). I will contact each of these people to see if they’re happy to wait for the original parcel to arrive or would prefer a refund.
The original parcel is STILL sat at Customs BUT I had an e-mail today saying:
“Your paperwork has been placed in the queue for processing, and your parcel will be cleared as soon as possible“.
So I’m ‘hopeful’ it will clear Customs soon. Again, frustratingly, there’s no way to contact them for updates or to speed it up. More info on here when there’s any more news. Once it’s cleared Customs and is with Parcelforce and at the Basingstoke Depot they’ve said I can drive up there, pay the Customs charge and collect it at the same time (which will speed things up a lot)
UPDATE AT 6PM – it’s now cleared customs and is on its way to Parcelforce – AusPost tracking has updated with this info. Hopefully Parcelforce will update soon too!

UPDATE: 29 AUGUST 2025
The parcel sent last week – that was due to be delivered today – still says ‘awaiting customs payment’ on the tracking. I paid the customs fees first thing on Wednesday (and selected delivery for today) so am now on hold to Parcelforce to see why the parcel hasn’t been released. 1.5 hours on hold so far…. I’ll update once I’ve got through to them! Ok – I got through (only took 1 hour 45 mins this time – 15 mins faster than previously). They’ve escalated to ask why my parcel hasn’t been released. We will see if this pushes the parcel out for delivery. I would hope – if successful – this means it will be here on Monday.
The original parcel from early August still hasn’t updated. The last update was on Tuesday 12th August and, again, Parcelforce confirm there is nothing they can do to speed it up.
There’s unlikely to be any movement on anything over the weekend, so I will update this page again on Monday.
UPDATE: 28 AUGUST 2025
Good news for a few people! One of the two more recent parcels arrived yesterday so I was able to parcel up some of the orders.
These have been sent based on who ordered first (and on colour availability). All those customers who’ve had their Bebe Trek cover dispatched will have been sent an updated email. This is the generic “your order is on its way” email. If any of these people would like the tracking details feel free to e-mail me and I’ll send that to you.
Please be aware that the number of covers in the two additional parcels (sent to me last week) do not cover all the pre-order, as Bebe Trek did not have enough stock to duplicate the initial order completely.
The second of the recent parcels is meant to be arriving on Friday still. Sadly there is no update on the original parcel, which is still at customs.
I’ll write another update tomorrow.
UPDATE: 27 AUGUST 2025
Still no update on the tracking so I’ve called Parcelforce. 2 hours on hold (yes… really!) and their response is “Unfortunately you just have to wait. We can’t do anything to speed it up“. I asked at what stage they might be able to do anything and they responded that even if it’s months down the line there’s still nothing they can do. So – sadly – we just have to wait for the parcel to clear customs.
However – slightly more positive – the additional two parcels (sent by Bebe Trek last week, that contain most – but not all – of the same items as the original parcel) have both been received by Parcelforce. I have now paid the customs fees on both of these and – allegedly – they will be delivered to me on Friday. I am skeptical about this until they actually arrive but it does sound promising! I will update again tomorrow.
UPDATE: 26 AUGUST 2025
Firstly I can only apologise for the unprecedented delay with the most recent order from Bebe Trek.
My first order from Bebe Trek took 13 days to arrive. It was slightly delayed due to a customs charge being required (which they write you a letter about… got to love modern tech!).
My second order from Bebe Trek took 4 days to arrive.
Both of those were sent AusPost Standard parcel postage. I therefore presumed that the most recent order would take approximately the same time.
This most recent delivery was placed with Bebe Trek on 6th August and sent by them on 8th August. I upgraded it to AusPost Express parcel postage, which I hoped would make it would make it a little faster than the previous two.
The last update on the tracking is Tuesday 12th August when it arrived at Customs.
I contacted AusPost on 15th August, when there was no further update showing. They said they could not help me as I wasn’t based in Australia and I had to speak to Parcelforce.
I spoke to Parcelforce who said it was still with Customs and wasn’t with them yet. They said it ‘can take weeks’ to clear Customs although it’s usually much faster than that.
Basically the parcel is sat between both postal services so no one is properly able to update me other than telling me to be patient.
I have spoken to Parcelforce a number of times since – just incase there’s any more news – and get the told the same thing each time.
It is the most stressful, frustrating situation as no-one appears able to help me. Customs are not contactable. All I have is the tracking number, which I can follow on AusPost and Parcelforce, but won’t update until it moves from customs.
If you’d like to see the tracking the reference is here:
EJ341480959AU
You can track on the AusPost and Parcelforce pages. If it asks for a postcode for delivery address it’s GU31 4FP
What I have done is placed another order with Bebe Trek and asked them to split it into two smaller parcels (one of the reasons Parcelforce said there may be a delay is it was a higher value parcel than the previous two). This new order was dispatched on 23rd August and I am hoping that it will arrive quickly.
The only downside is Bebe Trek were not able to send quite as many covers as they did in the original order (the ship their delivery was on broke down and had to return to port, so they are awaiting more stock on another ship).
If the new order arrives first I will be able to fulfill the majority of orders from that. If the original order arrives first I will of course be able to send everything out from that. All the orders will be posted out the day after they arrive with me.
If anyone would prefer a refund I totally understand. Please reply to one of the e-mails regarding your order and I will process that right away.
Once again I really am hugely sorry for the delay. It appears I was ‘lucky’ with my first two orders from Bebe Trek arriving with relatively little delay.
