The Kahubaby & Yume Slings collaboration carriers have blossomed from two women-owned British companies – and grown into a beautiful collection of baby and toddler carriers made from Yume Slings fabric with the tech and design of KāhuBaby Carriers.
The KāhuBaby Carrier is a full buckle carrier that is lovely and simple to use. These are made with beautiful Yume woven fabrics, the inner fabric and shoulder straps are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. The soft structure and inclusive straps effortlessly moulds to the shape of any parent or caregiver, making it supportive and comfortable for you. It features, not one, but two built-in adjusters that truly allows the carrier to grow with your baby; suitable from newborn to toddler.
‘Cutie Cats’ is designed by Jasmine, owner of Yume Slings! Did you know that black cats are the least adopted pets from animal shelters, because they are “less photogenic” than other cats? The fabric is an Aurora warp with black weft.
Care Instructions: Spot clean your Kāhu x Yume carrier when possible. Follow care label for washing.
Yume Fabric: 50% Organic Combed Cotton 50% Cotton
Small “nubs and slubs” that are part of the natural fibres (cotton, hemp) may be visible on your carrier. These are part of the character and charm, like a personality. They are not a weaving or manufacturing flaw, but more like a ‘perfect imperfection’.

If you’d like to try one before buying, buy a new KahuBaby Carrier online and try it out. If for any reason you don’t like it, return it within 2 weeks of the purchase date and you will be refunded the purchase price (minus the £15 2-week hire fee and outgoing postage). Just get in touch to let us know you’d like to return it and to request the return address.
