Kāhubaby have designed your Kāhu Toddler Carrier so that it supports children from 18 months up to 4 years. After working as a carrying consultant for 7 years, Kāhubaby’s founder, Carissa, has seen how beneficial it is for parents and carers to have a comfortable carrier that supports their young child.
The Kāhu Toddler Carrier holds your child in an ergonomic carrying position, supporting optimum hip and spine development. Your child’s hips and legs will form an ‘M’ shape, with knees supported higher than hips. The wider base and taller panel offers extra support for both toddler and you.
The Kāhu Toddler Carrier’s unique simple cinching mechanism is designed for total adjustability, with a built-in comfort stopper. This enables you to quickly and easily adjust the width of the base to comfortably fit your child. You’ll use the narrowest setting for children around 18 months. You can then gradually widen the base as your child grows.

Kāhubaby make their cotton Kāhu Toddler Carriers from 100% certified organic cotton.
Kāhu Toddler Sunshine Carrier are made from sun protective fabric which is rated UV50 and blocks 99% of the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays.
The inner, straps and block colours are made from ethically produced organic cotton. All Kāhubaby carriers are handmade in Europe by experienced seamstresses in comfortable working conditions.

If you’d like to try one before buying, buy a new Kāhu Toddler Carrier online and try it out. If for any reason you don’t like it, return it within 2 weeks of the purchase date and you will be refunded the purchase price (minus the £15 2-week hire fee and outgoing postage). Just get in touch to let us know you’d like to return it and to request the return address.
